What a delicious day! Oh how I would have loved to be there. What do i love more than that livingroom with a Christmas tree in it? And what could I love to bit more? Those rolls? Or those baby cheeks?! I cannot know!!

What beautiful pictures...and since I need to get to preparing our supper...that last picture is really appealling to me!! ;) It looks delicious!!! Is it a chicken pot pie?? Oh, do share the recipe...it looks yummy!! Beautiful Christmas tree!!!! I'm ready to pull out our decorations...and so are all of the children!!!

Pinwheel Tuna Casserole Recipe

White Sauce:

1 stick (8 T.) butter

1/3 cup flour

6 cups milk

generous on the celery seed

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon mustard

plenty of salt and pepper

3-4 cans of tuna

pour into greased 10x17 pan.



Make double batch of biscuits (Betty Crocker recipe)

Divide into two and roll both out into 1/2 in. thick rectangles.

Smear with soft butter and sprinkle on plenty of Parmesan cheese.

Roll into a log, cut into 3/4 in. slices and place flat onto the sauce in the pan.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. then reduce heat to 425 degrees for another 15 min.~until golden.
