Hi Melissa, you may think I am mad but I see these birthday cakes , in a baking dish like yours on lots of US blogs and I don't know what they are. Can you enlighten me. Thanks.
This pan is an 9"x13"x2" aluminum cake pan. We tend to frost the cake in the pan, cut it into squares and serve it right from the pan. This is rather unceremonious of us...done at home and at church dinners, but not to be found at an elegant meal or in a nice bakery. :)
